Why walking

A steady way to meet spiraling thoughts with different input.

When the mind is caught in loops, staying alone with the same thoughts can make everything tighter. A walk brings in rhythm, air, distance, changing light, orientation, and the simple fact of another person nearby.

The group is lightly guided. We begin with a simple arrival, walk at a manageable pace, leave room for silence, and make space for exchange when it feels right. There is no pressure to explain yourself or perform being well.

The frame

The walk can happen with one person or in a small group.

It does not need a full group to be worthwhile. If you are the only person registered, we still walk. If more people join, the group stays small enough to feel clear and human.

Arrive

A short opening creates a shared frame and a little orientation before we start moving.

Walk

We walk in Tallinn nature areas with space for silence, conversation, sensory noticing, and slower regulation.

Close

We end with a simple closing moment so the experience has a clear edge before everyone leaves.
